What are your warranty terms?

We offer a 2-year guaranteed warranty on non-waterproofed neon signs, along with lifetime customer support — even after the first year. Only Waterproofed signages include a 6-month warranty. Please note: Non-waterproof signages damaged by water or misuse (e.g. impact or self-damage) are not covered under warranty. We’re always here to help, even long after your purchase.
Do your neon signs consume a lot of energy?

Nope, we use LED neon signs and medium sized ones use just as much energy as our regular light bulb. The quality of our LEDs produce the brightest light with the lowest energy possible - if you're worried you can also dim the lights with our free remote dimmer, included in every purchase!
What is your lead time?

Production & Delivery Timeline: Our fastest lead time is 5 working days from confirmation. If you have a specific deadline, let us know — we’ll confirm in advance if we can meet it and guarantee delivery accordingly. Here's a breakdown: Once your order is confirmed, we begin production on the same day.* We then test and ensure everything is working perfectly within the next 2 days, followed by shipping within 1–3 working days. *For orders confirmed before 11AM
How do I get a quote and what's the rough costs?

Submit our quote form and we'll get back within 2 hours (during working days)! The cost varies based on size, lead time, and amount of neon we need to craft your design. A general rule of thumb for a simple name design at around 30cm starts from around $250 :) We also offer bulk discounts for higher quantities purchased!
Can you put up my neon sign?

Sure! We have a designated handyman who's able to securely put your sign up for you at a small fee.
How long can your neon signs last?

Our neon signs are built to last. In fact, many of our clients who purchased signs back in 2018 are still using them today. On average, the neons are built for 50,000 to 100,000 hours of use. Ask us for tips on how to maximise the hours on your neon. We highly recommend taking good care of your sign, use our appropriate issued adaptor, and not expose it to water (if it isn't waterproof treated), or breakage. Have questions about care or setup? We're here to help you get the most out of your sign.
Are your neon signs safe?

Yes absolutely! Unlike traditional neon signs that are made from Gas (easily broken, high consumption), our neon signs are made with a good quality and lasting Silicone LED Flex that's insulated and wrapped completely in Silicone.
How do I hang my neon up?

All our neon signs are affixed to a quality clear transparent acrylic backing imported from the US. It is light and portable hence you can use a strong 3M tape to stick it up, or have it drilled to the wall (recommended) as it is more secure.
